An app for iPhone and Apple Watch for people who live alone, go out alone a lot, or simply
want their people to find out if something goes wrong.
How it works
- You pick an interval — a day, for example — and say who should be told.
- While everything is fine you check in: in the app, in the widget or on the watch.
- If a check-in is missing for longer than the interval, your recipients get an email: when
you last checked in and — if that check-in has coordinates — a map link.
Signing in needs no password — just a one-time code sent to your email. The app is free:
no paid subscriptions, no in-app purchases. No advertising, no profiling, no tracking.
What to keep in mind
- This is not an emergency service: it calls nobody and only emails the
people you chose. In an emergency, call the emergency services.
- An alert is sent because a check-in is missing, whatever the reason — a flat battery, no
signal, or you simply forgot.
- Email delivery depends on mail services and is not guaranteed.
